PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conquer difficulty in production and to obtain the merit of cost and reliability by molding a patch panel, a cable managing tray and a fixing arm from one material sheet. SOLUTION: An assembly 10 is produced from one suitable moldable material sheet such as thin sheet metal. It is preferable the assembly 10 is provided with two main parts, namely, a patch panel 11 and a cable managing tray 12. First of all, the outline or contour of the assembly 10 is stamped from the material sheet. Next, while the assembly 10 is shaped into flat coplanar sheet, a suitable hole and/or opening is formed on the patch panel 11. After the outline, the internal opening and the contour are molded, the material sheet is bent according to a main bend profile. Further, fixing arms 17 and 18 are constituted and attached to the patch panel 11. |
