摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation facility capable of reducing the release quantity of an anode exhaust gas from a releasing line 10a and thereby enhancing the load raising rate of a fuel cell even in a low load range of around 0-30% and of reducing the minimum load factor of the fuel cell as compared with a conventional one without releasing the anode exhaust gas. SOLUTION: This fuel cell power generation facility is provided with a reformer 10 and a fuel cell 11. In this facility, a fuel is reformed by the reformer, the reformed fuel is reacted in the fuel cell as an anode gas, the anode exhaust gas after the reaction is burnt in the reformer to generate reform heat and then, the burnt exhaust gas is fed to the fuel cell as a cathode gas. The facility is also provided with an air cooling means 20 for cooling burning air to be fed to the reformer. The air cooling means is provided with a bypass line 21 bypassing an air preheater 18b, an air cooler 22 formed in the bypass line, and flow rate regulating valves 23a, 23b formed in the bypass line and an air preheater line 6a, and the cooling and preheating of the reformer burning air are switched over to each other depending on the operation state of a plant.
