PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic solution capable of furthering rapid operation of a pressure release device at an overcharge time to restrain the rise of a battery voltage and capable of preventing rapid rise of battery temperature and battery internal pressure by forming the electrolytic solution with a nonaqueous solvent containing a carbamate compound and an electrolyte. SOLUTION: A carbamate compound is expressed by the formula. A nonaqueous solvent is preferably formed with the carbamate compound and cyclic carbonic ester and/or chain carbonic ester. The carbamate compound is contained in the nonaqueous solvent by 0.01-99.5 wt.%, and a lithium salt is preferable for an electrolyte. As a specific compound of the formula, 2- propenyl-N, phenyl-N, or N-diethylcarbamate can be offered. In the formula, R1 is 2-20C aliphatic hydrocarbon having an unsaturated bond or 6-20C aromatic hydrocarbon; and R2 and R3 each are 1-12C hydrocarbon that may contain oxygen, nitrogen or sulfur atoms. |
