PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate pulsation of alternating current equipment, and to obtain a high-ratio torque value by using different numbers of magnetic poles for the magnetic pole of a permanent magnet and for reluctance distribution, and setting a main operation magnetic pole to the same number of finite waveform which equals the difference of the fractional points between magnetomotive force and permeance distribution. SOLUTION: A cylindrical stator 10 and a hollow cylinder rotor 11 are included. The rotor 11 has an air gap 19 to the stator 10 in between and coaxially supported in order for the rotor 11 to rotate around the stator 10. Then, at the periphery part of the rotor 11, 42, tooth parts 12 facing the inside in a radial direction are arranged in a circumferential shape. The number of magnetic poles is different from the number of permeanace distribution points being formed across the air gap 19, between the tooth part 12 and stator magnetic pole piece 14 which are aligned with the tooth part 12. The number and the spacing of the pairs of magnets 16 on the tooth part 12 and the magnetic pole piece 14 are determined so that vernier-type mutual interference occurs between them and the rotor 11 rotates around the stator 10.
