PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a complicated design description sentence easy to read and to facilitate its debugging by preventing a pair of a reserved word at the head of the sentence and a reserved word at the end of the sentence from being misunderstood and automatically inserting a comment. SOLUTION: Each time a sentence head reserved word detecting means 10 detects a reserved word at the head of a sentence, a comment character generating means 11 generates new comment characters. A comment character adding means 12 for the reserved word at the head of the sentence organizes them into a comment sentence, adds it at the end of the line where the reserved word at the sentence head is detected, and stores it in an LIFO(last-in first-out) storage means 13. When a sentence end reserved word detecting means 14 detects a reserved word at the end of the sentence, the comment characters are taken out of the LIFO storage means 13 and a comment character adding means 16 for the reserved word at the sentence end organizes them into a comment sentence and adds the sentence at the end of the line where the reserved word at the sentence head is detected.
