PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize an operation state of a device on a screen at a glance by simulatively displaying, on the screen, generation of plasma, a switching state of a valve gate, and an ion flowing state corresponding to a mass spectrometry state. SOLUTION: An image processing device, when it takes ions and a gate valve part is closed, makes ion pieces to bound for displaying the taken ions in a passage to the gate valve part, and does not display the bounding of the ion pieces on the downstream side of the gate valve part. When the gate valve part is opened and a 3DQMS part constructing a mass spectrometry part is stopped, the ion pieces for displaying the taken ions is operated in the passage to the gate valve part so as to go without stopping in the 3DQMS, and is displayed. When the gate valve part is opened and the 3DQMS part is operated, the ion pieces are make to bound in an ion taking part, the gate valve part, and convergent lens part, and the 3DQMS part.
