PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure damping force, and at the same time to reduce number of magnets by half, by mutually arranging a permanent magnet and a projection and by allowing the projection part to function as a magnetic pole in fixed and movable magnet means. SOLUTION: A magnet means 40 has fixed and movable magnet means 50 and 60, and the fixed magnet means 50 has a plurality of permanent magnets 52 at prescribed intervals in a magnet supporting ring 51 and the outer circumference. The movable magnet means 60 has a plurality of magnets 62 at the prescribed intervals in a magnet support ring 61 and the outer circumference. The magnet support ring 51 consists of a support ring body 511, a plurality of magnet-fitting parts 512 provided at the specific intervals on the outer periphery surface, and a plurality of projection parts 513 projecting in a diametric direction being provided between the magnet-fitting parts 512. The magnetic support ring 61 consists of a support ring body 611, a plurality of magnet fitting parts being provided at the prescribed intervals on the outer-peripheral surface, and a plurality of projection parts 613 projecting in the diametric direction which are provided between the magnet-fitting parts.
