PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily observe an object having a surface oblique with respect to an optical axis. SOLUTION: This magnification display device has a table on which an object is placed, an image pickup section that picks up image this object from upward at an angle and is provided with an image pickup lens 12 and an image pickup camera, and a frame that integrally supports this table and the image pickup section. Then a light receiving dace 13a of the image pickup camera is placed with a tilt with respect to a face which is perpendicular with respect to an optical axis of the image pickup lens 12.
