PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like body transporting device which is capable of making a device height lower with simple constitution and a photograph processing device using the same. SOLUTION: The first transporting device 100 comprises respective elements including parallel arranged rollers 111 and 112, supporting rollers 113 which freely rotatably support both rollers and a transporting belt 114 which is inserted with the supporting rollers 113 and is put between both rollers. One end of the roller 111 on an upstream side of both rollers is provided with a pulley 116 for transmitting the driving power from a motor 115. The transporting belt 114 is formed with projecting parts 113f along upstream and downstream directions on the side provided with the pulley 116 in the transverse direction on its surface.
