PURPOSE: A shock absorber is provided to absorb vibration and to prevent an excessive movement of a car body. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorber of a vehicle comprises a cylinder filled with oil; upper and lower pistons(2,3) combined with the cylinder by forming oil passages(2a) and combining with a connecting shaft(S); a coil spring to support the pistons(2,3) by inserting between the pistons(2,3); a first connecting pipe(4) to connect a space between the pistons(2,3) with a space between the piston(2) and the cylinder; a second connecting pipe(5) to connect a space between the pistons(2,3) with a space between the lower piston(3) and the cylinder; a first controller to control a flowing of oil by installing in the first connecting pipe(4); and a second controller to control the flowing of the oil by installing in the second connecting pipe(5). Small vibration of a normal traveling is absorbed softly. Damage to the vehicle is prevented by reducing a movement of the shock absorber and preventing a touch of a car body with a ground.
