发明名称 MICROFILTRATION METHOD AND SYSTEM USING TEXTILE HOSE
摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are a microfiltration method using a hose-shaped flexible membrane made of minutely woven fabric for enhancing the efficiency of microfiltration or backwash and a microfilter thereof. CONSTITUTION: The microfilter comprises: i) a support plate being fixed in a body in the form of a tank or cover and separating a feed water part from a filtered water part; ii) flexible fabric hoses(300) installed at regular intervals on the support plate; and iii) tube-type spacers(400) having inside diameters being far smaller than those of the hoses(300) and being formed with a plurality of holes(401). In a filtration process, feed water is flowed through the spacer by a fluid pressure outside the hose or a sucking force inside the hose, so that a path for flowing an internal fluid can be formed even if the hose is contracted and then attached to the outer circumstance of the spacer. In a backwash process, the hose is expanded by an internal fluid such as backwash water or air flowed into the hose and then restored to a cylinder shape, so that filtered material on the outer circumstance of the hose is fallen off. In addition, the internal fluid is discharged through pores, therefore the filtered material is secondly separated.
