PURPOSE: A method for initializing queue in an ATT(ATTendant control) device is provided to remain more efficient and good reliability by initializing queues in which disagreement have occurred. CONSTITUTION: If disagreement occurs in a queue in an ATT, a queue initializing instruction is transmitted in order to initialize the corresponding queue(200). The queue initializing instruction is converted to a defined input format(201). If the above converting has been normally done(202), an ATT queue initializing program is executed(203). If the ATT queue initializing program has been normally executed(204), a result message is reconverted to the defined input format and transmitted to an IOP(Input Output Processor)(205). The IOP receives the result message and displays an operator(206).
