METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DIAPHRAGMS OF DYNAMIC RECEIVERS OF CELLULAR PHONES

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing diaphragms of dynamic receivers of cellular phones is provided to thin an edge part of the diaphragms and relatively thicken a body part, to elastically operate an attraction force and a repulsive force by a magnetic circuit of the receiver, so as to efficiently generate sounds of relatively low frequencies as same materials. CONSTITUTION: A receiver pressures an edge part of a diaphragm with heats and shapes the edge part by thin plastic materials. The receiver pressures a body part of the diagram with the heats, and shapes the body part by thicker plastic materials than the materials of the edge part. The receiver attaches an inner surface of the edge part to an exterior surface of the body part to shape the diaphragm.
