PURPOSE: A connector module is provided to reduce a pitch of a conductive layer for connecting a module substrate and a main substrate, thereby reducing a structure for transmitting a signal and power between the module substrate and the main substrate. CONSTITUTION: A connector module(20) comprises a frame(22) mounted on a main substrate(10), a connector substrate disposed at one side of the frame, an elastomer(28) for performing an electric connection between the main substrate and the connector substrate, and a transmitting and receiving device mounted on the connector substrate to transmit and receive a signal to/from the corresponding connector module. In the module, the elastomer has a signal conductive layer and a signal non-conductive layer which are alternately stacked. The signal transmission is performed through each signal conductive layer between the connector substrate and the main substrate. The signal conductive layer is formed of a conductive rubber and the signal non-conductive layer is formed of a non-conductive material. The connector module further comprises a connector(31) for connecting an optical cable(32) to transmit and receive the signal to/from the corresponding connector module.
