PURPOSE: Provided is an oxygen mixing apparatus for automatically mixing clean air produced by purifying polluted air and pure oxygen obtained thereby in a proper ratio for an oxygen generator being mounted in a medical air tank. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus consists of: i) a mixing valve(8) mixing pure oxygen sucked from a flow channel A with clean air flowed through a copper pipe; and ii) an orifice(25) backflowing only excess pressure to a flow channel C and D through a flow channel B connected with a flow channel A, when the pressure of the flow channel A is more than a fixed pressure. The mixing valve(8) comprises a throttle(11) being rotated depending on the velocity energy of clean air; a rotary spool(53) being rotated in the same direction as the throttle; and a header(52) formed with two ports being opened for gradually increasing the amount of oxygen passing according to the rotation of the rotary spool. The orifice(25) comprises a diaphragm(62) being transformed depending on the excess pressure; a poppet(61) moving according to the transformation of the diaphragm; and a backflow port(58) passing oxygen as much as the excess pressure according to the movement of the poppet.
