BACK BIAS VOLTAGE GENERATOR

PURPOSE: A back bias voltage generator is provided to increase the efficiency of a pumping function by inserting a level shifter in which an output voltage(3.3V) of an oscillator operated by an internal supply power voltage(3.3V) is switched into an external supply power voltage(5V) and is then supplied to a pump. CONSTITUTION: A back bias voltage generator includes an oscillator(10) for oscillating a HIGH voltage(3.3V) or a LOW voltage(0V) by an internal supply power voltage(VCC,3.3V). A level shifter(30) shifts the level of the HIGH voltage(3.3V) outputted from the oscillator(10) into a voltage raised by the external supply power voltage(VCH,5V). A pump(20) pumps based on the voltage outputted from the level shifter(30).
