A cable(8,9) extends along the whole edge of the sliding tarpaulin cover and is tensioned at least in a closed state of the cover so that a movement of the edge at right angles to the cable's span direction is prevented. At least one side tarpaulin cover(2), as well as a roof cover(3), is installed on the frame profile. The cable is tensioned by a winding roller(10), or by a hinged lever(11) or eccentric shaft, with the lever being part of the frame profile.
