<p>A dual catheter system (10) is provided comprising a main catheter (112), and a side sheath (114) wherein side sheath (140) is slidable received within main stent (125). Main stent (125) may be partially deployed in main vessel (M) by balloon (111), and branch stent (140) may be partially deployed in branch vessel (Br) by an optional balloon (115). The optional balloon is on the distal end of side stent (114) which is advanced through the partially expanded interior of main stent (125), passing out through side opening (127) in main stent (125) while stent delivery system (110) remains adjacent vessel intersection (I).</p> |
