PURPOSE: An optical probe of an optical sensor system for sensing a degree of saturation of oxygen and a hematocele amount is provided to visually display a degree of saturation of oxygen and a hematocele amount by simply contacting an optical probe with human skin organs such as arms and legs to predict and treat a disease in the human skin organs. CONSTITUTION: An optical probe of an optical sensor system for sensing a degree of saturation of oxygen and a hematocele amount includes an optical probe(1) mounted with a predetermined distance from light sources(IR2,IR1;IR4,IR3;IR6,IR5) and photodetectors(PD1-PD4) for sensing a reflected light ratio of red/infrared rays of each row, a main body(5) of an optical sensor system for processing the reflected light signals of each row via a pre-amp of the optical probe with one-chip microprocessor(8), and an external personal computer(6) for displaying a degree of saturation of oxygen and a hematocele amount.
