PURPOSE: An apparatus for stabilizing a high voltage terminal of an image displaying device is provided to clamp a noise component except a peak value of a fly back pulse and generate high voltage in a stabilized state, thereby stabilizing the high voltage terminal. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for stabilizing a high voltage terminal of an image displaying device comprises a high voltage generating portion(10) for amplifying a fly back pulse generated from a primary winding through a secondary winding and generating a high voltage; a PWM(pulse width modulation) controlling portion(20) for outputting a square wave signal in which a duty value is changed according to a voltage fed back from an output terminal of the high voltage terminal; a first switching portion(30) driven by the square wave signal input from the PWM controlling portion to generate the fly back pulse at the primary winding of the high voltage generating portion; a second switching portion(40) driven by the square wave signal input from the PWM controlling portion to supply or break a current flowing to the high voltage generating portion; and a clamping portion(50) for clamping a noise in the flay back pulse generated from the primary and secondary switching portion with a reference power source input through the secondary switching portion.
