PURPOSE: A multi-functional sports device is provided which helps a user to grasp firmly in the midst of exercise or after exercise so that it maximizes users' convenience in use. CONSTITUTION: The multi-functional sports device comprises the parts of: a grasp plate(10) and a weight plate(20) with a fixed thickness which are combined by a connection tool(30) to form an insertion space(40) wherein the middle finger is inserted; an insertion space(41) which is formed outside of the connection tool for insertion of the forefinger, ring finger and little finger; a grasp groove(11) which is formed to help interior bottom face of the fore, ring, little and middle finger to be combined tightly to the insertion hole; and a flat part(15) which helps the palm to be combined to the opposite side of the grasp plate.
