PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset adjustment device that consists of inexpensive and simple components. SOLUTION: The offset adjustment device that has an A/D converter 5 and a D/A converter 3 and adds a corrected DC component to an input signal, is provided with a DC current source 6 that converts an input voltage into an output current. An output of the D/A converter 3 is connected to an input of the DC current source 6 via a base resistor, the output of the A/D converter 5 is given to a signal processing unit 7 and the output of the DC current source 6 is given to the signal processing unit 7. The offset adjustment device can simply control a DC offset component while processing a large level signal without receiving a limit by a dynamic range of an operational amplifier.
