PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electric insulator from falling between element conductor strands, even if no separator layer is interposed and ensure a sufficient rust preventing effect without hindering the horizontal blended in the insulator from gasifying to the conductor side. SOLUTION: An overhead high-tension distribution line is configured with an insulator 3 of cross-linked polyethylene being formed on a hard copper strand 1, where the insulator 3 is structured on the silane cross-linking system, and a rust preventive insulator layer 2 kneaded with rust preventive agent is interposed between the copper strand 1 and insulator 3. The insulator 3 of cross- linked polyethylene kneaded with the rust preventive agent and embodied by the silane cross-linking system is positioned on the copper strand 1.
