摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable lamination by uniformly heating a member to be laminated. SOLUTION: In this method, a lower chamber 12 having a mounting plate 14 on which a heater 15 is installed, and an upper chamber 13 which has an expandable diaphragm 21 and is arranged so as to be able to relatively open and close to the lower chamber 12 are installed. Sealing of a solar battery module wherein a member to be laminated which is a solar battery module and sealing member mounted on the mounting plate 14 is laminated is performed. In this case, a process for preheating the diaphragm 21 at a specified temperature; a process for supplying the member to be laminated on the mounting plate 14; a process wherein the lower chamber 12 and the upper chamber 13 are closed, pressure of the insides of the chambers is reduced, and deaeration is performed from the sealing member; and a process wherein the diaphragm 21 is expanded and the member to be laminated is pressed and heated; are possessed.</p>
