<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve shock resistance, scratch resistance and electric insulating properties, and prevent permeation of water in a module and imperfect external appearance caused by bubbles. SOLUTION: This module M is constituted by sealing a solar battery unit 1u having a photoelectric transducer formed on a film substrate having electric insulating properties, with moisture preventing films 4 via adhesive agent 3. In this case, a mesh plastic fiber 6 is interposed at least between the moisture preventing film 4 on a light receiving surface side and a layer of the adhesive agent 3.</p> |
