Sensor (11) detects amount of intake of engine and outputs detection voltage (Vd). Converter (23) adds offset quantity and outputs offset detected value (Qf). Equalizer (24) receives value (Qf) several times and computes amount of mean intake (Qm). Subtraction device (25) outputs amount of actual intake (Qa) after subtracting amount of offsets. Calculator (3) computes fuel injection based on intake (Qa).
