PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting plate for luminaire, having high reflectance and giving no sense of discomfort, when viewed from below aslant in the condition attached to luminaire. SOLUTION: A reflecting plate for a luminaire is equipped with a base material 1, made of resin whose surface roughness by Ry of the opposing surface 1a confronting a light source is between 0.1-2.0μm, a metal reflector film 2 made of aluminum or aluminum alloy and installed on the opposing surface 1a, and a coating film 3 containing a light-diffusing agent in granular form and applied onto the reflector film 2, where the light diffusing agent is formed from at least one of silica, silicon rubber, silicon-based resin, acrylic rubber, and acrylic resin.
