<p>Novel 6-phenylpurine 9-β-D-ribonucleosides with antineoplastic activity of general formula (I), wherein R1 is H, methyl, fluoro, chloro or alkoxy (C1-C2) group, R2 is H, methyl or fluoro group, and R3 is H, fluoro or methoxy group. Pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds of the invention as active components are also described. Further the use of compounds of general formula (I) according to Claim 1, or their combinations, for preparing pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of cancer and leukemia is described.</p> |
