A base (14A) of a boots adaptor (14), is attached along axial direction of periphery of outer ring (11A). A leading path is formed to lead a connected space, to external. The connected space is sealed up by interruption of the leading path. Boot of the boots adaptor adheres to the periphery of an inner shaft. An independent claim is also included for boots attachment method.
