PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric filter that attains balanced signal input and output without the use of a balun and to provide a dielectric duplexer and a communication unit using them. SOLUTION: Aλ/2 resonator is configured by using a dielectric block 1 in which an inner conductor 5c whose both ends are open is formed,λ/4 resonators are configured by using inner conductor forming holes 2a, 2b in which inner conductors 5a, 5b whose one end is short-circuited and whose other end is open are formed respectively. They are coupled and a terminal electrode 6 coupled with one open end of theλ/4 resonators is used for a terminal for an unbalance signal and terminal electrodes 7, 8 coupled around both the open ends of theλ/2 resonator are used for terminal for balanced signals.
