PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency mixer circuit that has a simple configuration driven with small power consumption and by which a differential signal output is obtained. SOLUTION: The high frequency mixer circuit employs a common emitter transistor(TR) Q1 and an emitter follower TR Q2, resistors R1, R2 are a load of the TR Q1 in terms of DC and act like an emitter resistor of the TR Q2. A high frequency signal with a frequency f1 and a local oscillation signal with a frequency f2 are applied to the bases of the TRs Q1, Q2 and the high frequency signal of the frequency f2 outputted from the TR Q1 is fed to the base of the TR Q2 via a capacitor C2. The high frequency signal is mixed with the local oscillation signal in the TR Q2 and the TR Q2 provides the mixed signal of a frequency (f1±f2) to the bases of TRs Q8, Q9 configuring an output amplifier section and differential signals (OUT, OUTX) are extracted from the collectors of the TRs Q8, Q9.
