PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method for obtaining the bentonite mixing ratio of bentonite-including soil easily and accurately by the measurement in a short time. SOLUTION: The soil of an earth structure is previously sampled, and the relationship between the bentonite mixing ratio of the test soil in which bentonites are mixed into the soil in several kinds of mixing ratio and the electric resistance is measured for preparing the testing curve, and also electrodes 2a, 2b are installed in an original position so as to be opposite to each other in a prescribed depth of a measuring medium 1, and the electric resistance Rab (Ω) of the above measuring medium 1 is measured for calculating the electrical resistivityρ(Ω.cm), and the bentonite mixing ratio is calculated by the above testing curve on the basis of the water content of the earth structure and the above electrical resistivityρ(Ω.cm).
