The CD container has a box bounding a single container internal chamber (11) with a sleeve (2) protruding from the floor of the box into the chamber for several CDs (5) to be slid onto in a stack, an enclosing seat (21) at the lower end with a supporting or seating surface slightly above the floor and a locking opening at the top for a locking knob (4) so that after filling the box with CDs, pressure can be exerted on the top one to securely position the whole stack.
