PURPOSE: Provided is rubber clay of a thin rectangular shape which is packed between two layers of vinyl paper and is not mixed with other color material, thereby can be prepared cleanly. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) for preparing the rubber clay comprises: a molding part(10) comprising a plurality of cases in which a couple of screws are mounted closely and rotate in the reverse directions each other, rectangle-shaped outlet holes located under the cases; a transfer conveyer(30) for putting the molded material on a vinyl paper layer and then transferring to a packing part(40); the packing part(40) for covering the molded material with an another vinyl paper layer and cutting and adhering package paper on the vinyl paper.
