PURPOSE: A heating condition measuring apparatus is provided to grasp the heating condition of a heated substance at a long distance and to heat up the heated substance to the optimum temperature exactly. CONSTITUTION: A heating condition measuring apparatus comprises; a sensor (1) composed of an acceleration sensor (1a), which senses the movement speed of a heated substance when applying heat to a liquid heated substance, and a pressure sensor (1b), which senses the internal pressure of a vessel filled with a heated substance when applying heat to a liquid heated substance; an amplifier (2) which amplifies the output signals sensed from a sensor (1); a filter (3) to filter out the signals for specific parts out of the signals output from an amplifier (2); a signal processing unit (4) which processes the sensing signals filtered from a filter (3) to decipher easily; a decipherment unit (5) which deciphers the heating condition of a heated substance by deciphering an oscillation frequency of signals input from a signal processing unit (4) and the magnitude of signals; a control unit (7) which controls the deciphered result output from a decipherment unit (5) to be transmitted to an outer apparatus connected through an aerial communications net and the movement of a heating substance which heats up a heated substance according to the control directions input from an outer apparatus; a memory (6) which stores program necessary for the movement of a control unit (7) and phonetic data; a communication module (8) which transmits and receives data between a measuring or control instrument connected through an aerial communications net and a control unit (7) mutually.
