METHOD AND APPARATUS DF REGENERATING TIRE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a regenerated tire and a device thereof are provided to improve the productivity and reduce the cost and personnel expenses and to improve the economical efficiency of a tire by reducing the progresses of working with finishing forming and vulcanizing a tread portion at the same time. CONSTITUTION: In the method for manufacturing the regenerated tire and the device thereof, a support(40), a lower mold(50), an upper fixed board(60), an upper mold(70) and an operating instrument(80) are included. The lower mold(50) is installed on the support(40) supporting the whole instruments and forms a tread portion. The upper mold(70) is installed with hanging on the upper fixed board(60) fixed on the upper part of the lower mold(50) and forms the tread portion with the lower mold(50). The operating instrument(80) connects the lower mold(50) and the upper mold(70) and operates them.
