PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of multiple operations processed by a workflow by providing a means which starts a transaction and controls commitment and a means which controls and manages the progress states of the operations. SOLUTION: A client request accepting process part 201 accepts a process request from a client operation process part 113 through a communication network. A transaction execution unit control process part 202, at the time of performing with the same transaction disposal of business over multiple operations, determines operation units to be performed by the same transaction according to process definitions, and then starts the transaction and control the commitment. An item execution state control process part 204 controls and manages the progress states of operations according to the process definitions. By this method, multiple operations which are processed by the workflow are executed as the same transaction, so the reliability of the operations can be improved. |
