A DNA participating in the regulation of expression of a PEBP2 alpha A gene; a recombinant plasmid comprising a combination of the DNA with a reporter gene; cells transformed with the plasmid; a method for screening an expression regulator for PEBP2 alpha A gene with the transformed cells; and an expression regulator for a PEBP2 alpha A gene obtained by the screening method.
