The subject-matter of the present invention is the use of the compound of the general formula I, in which Re1 and Re3 represent independently on each other a hydrogen atom, methyl or the group of the general formula C(=O)-(Ci1-Ci6alkyl) or C(=O)-Ar, wherein Ar represents a phenyl group being substituted once or twice with alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a hydroxy group, a nitro group, a chlorine atom, a fluorine atom or a tri(chloro or fluoro)methyl group, Re2 is selected from a group comprising pyrrolidino groups and piperidino groups, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof for preparing a pharmaceutical preparation for inhibition of angiogenesis and/or angiogenic diseases.
