PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically feed sheets or rolled towels to a laundry finishing machine such as ironer without wrinkles, breadthwise bias or meandering. SOLUTION: The device for feeding and guiding laundry provided with an arcuate guide edge 11 for applying tension, which is higher than at both side parts, to the central part of laundry to be fed, is provided with a sensor for detecting the breadthwise bias of laundry 17 to be fed and an oscillating deriving device 15 for oscillating the arcuate guide edge around an axis in the feeding direction of laundry while reciprocating and the oscillating driving device 15 oscillates the arcuate guide edge 11 so as to move the biased side of laundry forward when the breadthwise bias is detected.
