<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize accumulation of and plugging-up by a precipitable salt in a reactor in such a way that a reaction liquid containing a phosphate is produced in a reactor chamber by adding an additive to at least a part of a raw material in the case of hydrothermal treatment of the raw material in the reactor chamber. SOLUTION: A reactor 12 having a reactor chamber 14 is installed in a hydrothermal treatment system 10 for a raw material 11, and reaction liquid 18 containing a phosphate is obtained by mixing additives 16 with the raw material 11. The phosphate helps movement of a precipitating salt in a reactor 12 and prevents the excessive precipitating salt from accumulating. Hydrothermal treatment is carried out in the temperature range of 374 deg.C-800 deg.C, and in the pressure range of 25 bar-1,000 bar in the reactor chamber 14. A resulting reactant 20 is stored in a storage tank 22 and used jointly with an auxiliary fuel 24 (e.g. ethanol) in a storage tank 26. After the reactant 20 is pressurized by high pressure pumps 30, 34, it is introduced into the reaction chamber 14 and is utilized for the hydrothermal treatment.</p> |
