PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller brush that allows reuse of its core and an earth- friendly manufacture at small cost. SOLUTION: A charged brush 21 comprises a round-bar core 22 of metal such as aluminum and stainless steel, a heat-shrinkable tube 23 covering the surface of the core 22, and a conductible member 31 connected to the surface of the heat-shrinkable tube 23. The conductible member 31 is of velour consisting of a foundation 32 and fluff 33 raised thereon. For replacement of the charged brush 21, the foundation 32 and the heat-shrinkable tube 23 are cut off with a cutter knife or the like, and the heat-shrinkable tube 23 together with the conductible member 31 is peeled away, with the core 22 alone left intact for further use. |
