PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease adverse effects on natural environment when installing gate facilities. SOLUTION: Gate facilities 1 have a gate G capable of blocking a water flow by dividing into a tributary river BR as one water channel and a main river MR as another water channel. With respect to the gate G, a drive runner 12 for rotating the main shaft 11 by the pressure of operating liquid and a pump impeller 14 attached to the main shaft 11 are provided, and also a liquid drive pump 10 is provided for sucking water from the tributary river BR and discharging the water to the main river MR, and the gate facilities are equipped with hydraulic pressure cylinder mechanism for opening and closing the gate G.
