PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly and/or maintenance of a module device to handle the transport of objects through the action of a working body by introducing such a structure that power transmitting means and/or sensing apparatus are decreased. SOLUTION: A motor roller 4 is used as a drive motive for a module 2 which handle the transport of objects through the action of a working body. The working body is actuated directly with rotation of the roller part of the motor roller 4 without interposing any power transmitting means such as chain or belt. A rotation sensing part 16 which the motor roller 4 has for controlling the speed senses the actuated condition of the working body with the output from the rotation sensing part 16. Use of this motor roller 4 as drive motive enables power transmitting means and/or sensing apparatus to be decreased and the assembly and/or maintenance to be facilitated.
