PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact clip, which has a very simple structure and, in addition, is very attractive and with which documents or the like can be surely pinched at all times. SOLUTION: A pinching piece 12a with a pair of magnets 14, at one end part of which operating plucking parts 13a and 13b, and a magnetizing pinching piece 12b are openably and closably arranged opposing to each other through a hinge 16 so as to be constituted to pinch a matter to be pinched by being energized with the magnetically attracting forces of these pinching pieces 12a and 12b.
