PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a base isolation device capable of preventing various kind of loaded articles, etc., arranged on the floor face from falling down, smoothly and quickly returning a loading table, etc., to the original positions after an earthquake comes to an end, managing with a relatively narrow installation space, and being applicable to an existing loading table, loading case, etc. SOLUTION: This base isolation device is provided with a lower frame 10 arranged on the floor face, an upper frame 40 for carrying objects of art, etc., and an intermediate frame 20. The base isolation device is provided with moving bodies structured to be movable on rails in a state of the lower frame 10 and the intermediate frame 20 horizontally movable in the direction in which they separately cross at right angles, and in a fixed range within the lengths of respect rail bodies arranged at the frames 10, 40. Stopper bodies 97 which are structured to prevent the respective frames from falling out and slipping off in relation to horizontal movement of the respective frames, and to be engagingly locked to stopper receiving bodies, are provided.
