PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper device which can be manufactured at low cost, and which can ensure an operating position and a releasing position. SOLUTION: A planar member 14 is located being opposed to a U-like member 12 having planar parts 15, 13 which are formed therein with insertion holes 21, 23, respectively. A pin 16 is inserted into the insertion holes 21, 23 from the planar part 15 side, being projected at its front end from the planer part 13 side so as to lock an insertion hole 25 formed in the planer member 14 so that the planer member 14 is fixed in order to prevent the U-like member 12 from moving in the surface direction of the planar member 14. The pin 16 is formed in its head part with a ring-like handle 18. A pair of angle guide pieces 22 are welded to the planar part 15 of the U-like member so that they are located at symmetric positions between the insertion hole 21, being spaced from each other with a gap 19 therebetween while their angle apeces are directed outward.
