PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll fluid machinery, having a power house housing a power transmitting mechanism such as a shaft, which prevents lubricating oil sealed-in the power house from leaking out to an operating oil passage and prevents operating oil from entering the power house, to thereby remarkably improve its followability to a turning motion of a turning seal mechanism disposed between a turning scroll and a housing, and improve its durability. SOLUTION: This scroll fluid machinery has a turning seal mechanism 11 and a pressure balancing mechanism. The turning seal mechanism includes a cylindrical sealing thin film made of a fairly resilient rubber or synthetic resin fixed to an outer periphery of a turning scroll end plate at one circumferential end thereof and fixed to a housing at the other circumferential end thereof in a hermetically sealing manner, and two springs attached to and intimately contact to an outer and an inner surface of the sealing thin film. The pressure balancing mechanism causes a pressure of an inner space of the sealing thin film communicating to a power hose housing a power transmitting mechanism or the like to follow a pressure of an outer space of the sealing thin film communicating to an inlet passage of a compressor mechanism portion.
