PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil level gauge of an outboard engine enhancing an inspection workability of a lubrication oil. SOLUTION: In this outboard engine, an engine is disposed above an engine holder 2 and below an oil pan 5 respectively an a mount unit 20 elastically mounted to a clamp bracket is provided in an engine holder 2. In this case, a mount case 30 accommodating the mount unit 20 is formed at a front part of the engine holder 2. An oil level gauge 25 is disposed between the mount case 30 and a side wall 2a of the engine holder 2 positioned at a side portion thereof.
