PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem such as weatherability caused by the deteriora tion of a sealant by providing shiplaps on a corner material and an exterior material respectively at a factory in advance, applying shiplap machining to an exterior material cut at a site for connection. SOLUTION: A corner material 1 is formed with two side pieces, and shiplaps 2a are formed on an upper edge, a lower edge and a side edge respectively. An intrinsic siding 5 is formed at a factory as a standard-length item, and a surface shiplap 8 and a back shiplap 9 are formed in advance. A siding 15 cut at a site is ground and formed with a shiplap 13 on the back face side. The corner material 1 is fixed to a vertical furring strip, and the siding 15 cut with a right short piece is connected to the right corner material 1 and is fitted to a wall face. The intrinsic sidings 5 are connected in sequence, and the siding 15 cut with a left short piece is finally connected to the left corner material 1. No sealant is required, and high quality, high weather ability pollution resistance, durability and a decorative design property can be maintained over a long period.
